Shipping Policy
SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
Currently Lionheart Imports only ships to addresses within the United States. The majority of the products that we sell are not heavy, however they are large sizes which require large boxes. All of our products have been grouped into a size category based on the box/parcel size they require for shipping and for each size category there is flat fee shipping rate. In the shopping cart and at checkout, it will show you the rate that is applicable for the items being ordered.
Domestic Ground Rates - for a limited time, enjoy FREE ground shipping for all orders over $35!
All orders shipped within the United States will be sent via FedEx Ground or the U.S. Postal Service. Any orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or a P.O. Box address will always be sent via the U.S. Postal Service. For the below listed category of Small Envelope, this will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service to all destinations using their First-Class Mail.

After an order has been received, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. Once processed and ready for shipping, the transit time for ground shipping is typically 3 to 5 business days with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories which may require additional transit time. Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed so you can always stay up to date knowing exactly where your package is in transit.
Domestic Express Rates
We offer a 2 to 3 day (determined by destination) Express shipping option for all orders within the United States. The table below shows the additional surcharges that apply for the Express Shipping option. Unfortunately Express Shipping is not available for the extra large or oversized parcels at this time.
All Express orders will be sent by either FedEx Express Saver, UPS 3 Day Select, or USPS 2 or 3 Day Priority Mail, depending on the destination. Any P.O. Box address within the United States will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service. For the below listed category of Small Envelope, this will always be sent via the U.S. Postal Service to all destinations using their 2 or 3 Day Priority Mail (determined by destination).
The transit time for all services is 2 to 3 business days, pending receipt of your order by 4pm ET.

*Note: the transit times listed above are the standard times as provided by the shipping carriers, however there can be delays due to weather or in rare occasions a lost package. We all know how frustrating this can be when it happens, however we cannot be held responsible, but we will guarantee providing all necessary tracking information as provided by the shipping carrier.
*Note: we are very careful with how we package all items that we send out, so rest assured that your products will arrive in good condition! If in the rare occasion, the box has been damaged during transit to the point where the product inside has been visibly damaged then please email us pictures of the damaged product and shipping box within 2 days of receiving the shipment and do not dispose of the damaged box. We will review the damage claim and if the damage has visibly been caused by the shipping then we will open a damage claim with the shipping carrier and re-ship you the same item at no cost or issue a refund if you prefer. If we feel that the damage is not severe enough then we do reserve the right to deny the claim and a refund.
