Order Fulfillment Process

ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS

As noted throughout many of our product pages, due to the handmade nature of the products we sell, there can be slight variations in the fabric colors or fabric details from the product shown in the picture.  If what is in stock is not identical to the photo shown then we will email you a photo of the in stock item after receiving your order.  We hope to make the process easy and ensure that what you’ll receive is what you want!  Here’s what you can expect after placing an order:

  1. Place your order
  2. You will receive a confirmation email for your order
  3. If what is in stock is not identical to the online photo, then you will receive another email within 24 hours after placing your order that includes a photo of the item being sent to you - note that this email will include 'Action Required' in the subject line
  4. If for any reason you are not happy with the item then simply reply to the email and request either for the order to be cancelled (no payment will be processed) or for another photo to be sent if additional inventory is available
  5. If you love the item in the initial photo that we’ve sent, then no need to respond unless you had selected Express Shipping at checkout.  Since we try to ensure that all Express Shipping orders go out the same day, we would need to hear back from you as soon as possible if there are concerns with the product being shipped.  
  6. After we have sent the email with the photo to you, we will wait 24 hours before we process the payment, package the item and send it.  The one exception here is if Express Shipping was selected - if this is the case, we only wait until 5pm ET on the day the order was placed since the shipment will go out the same day.  For all other orders, if we don’t hear from you within the 24 hours then we’ll assume you love it and it will be on its way to you soon!
  7. Once we’ve sent it, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details
  8. Not to worry, once you receive it in person, if you’re not 100% happy then you have within 14 days after receipt of the item to request a refund

 

SALES TAX POLICY

For any customers where the order is being shipped to an address within the state of Florida then a sales tax of 6.0% will be charged to your order.  For orders shipped to all other states, no sales tax will be charged to your order.
