We hope you’ll love your products, but if for any reason after receiving it you are not happy then we will gladly accept a return within 14 days after your receipt of the item. To submit a return request, simply fill in the Returns Form to the right.
If the Returns Form is submitted past 14 days of receipt of the item then unfortunately we cannot accept and process the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.
Please be aware that due to the handmade nature of the products we sell, you may see slight imperfections or ridges in the fabric, as shown in the photo below with the red threads that appear as small knots. These are not flaws in the product, but instead reflect the unique and handmade quality. Prior to shipping an order, we inspect each item in the order to verify its quality so if there should be any sizable flaws then we’ll catch them before it’s sent out.
We currently do not offer exchanges after an item has been purchased. If you wish to exchange an item for something different then we recommend that you return the original item purchased and place a new order for the new item. If a new order of equal or greater value of the exchanged order is placed then we will not charge for the return shipping charge of the exchanged items. Shipping charges for the new order however, will be your responsibility and will be determined based on our standard shipping policy.
RETURN FULFILLMENT PROCESS
After receiving the submitted Returns Form, we will review it to ensure it has been submitted within the 14 day return policy window.
If so, then you will receive an email with a pre-paid USPS return label for you to download and print. Simply package the item back in its original packaging and box, attach the return label, and drop it off at your nearest U.S. Post Office.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and upon processing the refund the appropriate shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping costs are determined in the same way that the outgoing shipping costs are determined and will be based on the box/parcel size that the item was originally shipped to you in - please see below for the rates.

After we have received the returned item, we will give it a look over to make sure it’s in its original condition. Pending it is, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received the returned item and are processing a refund.
All refunds will be processed within 2 to 7 business days after receiving the returned item and will appear as a credit back on the original credit card used for payment.
We do reserve the right to deny a return after receiving the item if we find that it’s not in its original condition.
